So far I’m really liking my new full size mattress. That being said. I searched for plush because I didn’t want to sleep on a firm hard mattress. It is NOT plush but is absolutely between medium to firm. I’m 52 5’5” and weigh 157 lbs. If you are taller and heavier I think the mattress would feel much softer. In the end I would buy it again. I do not wake up stiff or sore and am getting very restful sleep.I have also recommended it to a gal friend for her guest room and she ordered it as well.The value for the money is excellent. Quality thus far is excellent. Sleeping temperature is also very nice.Oh it also came expertly packaged and has fluffed up nicely. I have NO ridges or valleys.

Bought this mattress back in Oct 2023, when my dad had to come and stay because he was recovering from an emergency hospital stay…Lo and behold he loved the mattress and the bed frame (was bought separately here on Amazon) enjoyed the cooling double sided bamboo pillows also….Said that it’s the most comfortable nights sleeps he’s had in years… he especially enjoyed that the mattress height and frame height. ***ATTENTION ALL WOMEN INTERESTED IN THIS MATTRESS***U was nervous to buy a mattress online, but I don't regret it! I needed an affordable mattress for my new apartment, and this was in my budget. It arrived on time and the packaging was a very sturdy long box. I will say I moved this into my second-floor apartment by myself and it was HARD. The box was incredibly heavy, there were no holes in the box to make lifting easier, and I had to cut my own holes into it for purchase. I hurt myself moving this thing by myself, so please get help if you're able! I ended up doing it on my own, but I wouldn't do it again.The mattress is in an airtight seal. It's packaged tight inside the box, so you'll have to cut the box open or turn it upside down to get the mattress out, roll it out onto your bed frame or floor (I recommend the frame because it is HEAVY) and cut the seal. There was enough space in the seal that I didn't worry about cutting the mattress it is fairly easy to let out. It takes 2 full days to inflate but I waited 4 days just to be safe.It is a comfortable mattress, but it isn't like sleeping on feathers. It's a very firm mattress despite the pillow top but I don't feel like my back pain is miraculously better. I've slept on more comfortable mattresses, but for the price it's great and it's the best mattress I've found. I did not buy for a luxury; I genuinely just needed a bed. I've had it for 7 months and have rotated every 3 months since I got it and have had no problems. I'd 100% buy this again, just with some help!

This is the PERFECT mattress! It’s simply underrated!!! This is better than a $2,000 mattress! It took less than a minute to get into shape, it’s very lightweight, and it’s so comfortable! It’s been about two weeks since it’s arrived, and it still feels like it’s the first day! My whole family loves this mattress! There are no springs poking out of anywhere, and it’s very firm! The package was so small, I doubt a small TV could fit in it. But once the mattress was put into place, it instantly became huge! It’s like a big, comfortable, compact, marshmallow! This mattress can help you get more deep sleep! I love this mattress so, so, so, SO incredibly much! I absolutely recommend buying this! One of the best mattresses I have ever slept in and bought! It also stays cool all day and night long, whether or not there is a bed cover! 😊

Comfort easy of install

I did my research on mattresses in a box before deciding on this one, and I will admit I was still hesitant about moving forward with the purchase because I've never bought one of these before. I chose this mattress due to the hybrid construction and the 100 night guarantee, and the reviews seemed really solid. I purchased the 10 inch twin size. It arrived on time, was easy to get into the house and a breeze to open. Immediately upon opening the plastic wrap and unrolling it, the mattress starting inflating in size. Within 10 minutes, it was already at 10 inches, so I was pleasantly surprised. It is easy to move, at least in the twin size, so it can be put on a foundation and taken off easily. The top cover is very nice and overall, the construction is solid. It is a medium firm mattress, so if you're looking for a soft mattress, this isn't it. Of course, all mattresses require a breaking in time, so I expect in a few months, this mattress will be a lot softer. I actually bought a 2 inch memory form topper for it for extra cushion and that helped immensely with the comfort level until at least I have it broken in more. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase, especially for the price, easy of set up and quality. It remains to be seen how this mattress will perform over time, but so far, I really like it. There are so many mattresses in a box out there to choose from and it can be overwhelming. If you'd looking for an good, solid mattress on a bit on the firmer side for a good price, this is it. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Have had this mattress for over 2 years now for my child. It’s held up well, no sagging or unusual wear.As others have mentioned the edges do sag when you sit on them but they make for the perfect ninja roll out after putting your kiddo to sleep. So haven’t seen that as an issue with that and for the cost I think it is a fair compromise.No smell when unpackaging.Overall 2 years later and I would gladly recommend this mattress to friends. And I will be purchasing another for my other child when they are ready for a bigger bed.

The longer you sleep on it, the firmer it will get. So far so good. Worth the price! Definitely recommend it!

Needs to swell for 72 hours ! Looks good but haven’t used it yet. LolI have spent first night on it and it’s alittle firmer than anticipated but overall great , nice and comfy.

A bit sceptical about getting a mattress online but this one is great. Let it expand for the three days like they say - very comfortable on the first night. I am a stomach sleeper and my husband is a side sleeper. Pretty comfortable- no issues. Fit our platform bed perfectly. Sitting on the side there is not as much support. Pretty good mattress so far.

I purchased this mattress for my new home in March 2024. When I first received it, I was surprised at the compact form factor and how thin it was prior to expansion. Once expanded, I found this was initially a comfortable bed, albeit very soft. I knew this would break down and start sinking in shortly after use. As a note, I am a younger person with an average weight - I don’t have any existing concerns with weight which may impact the deterioration of the mattress. Now, about 6 months in the mattress quality is now significantly impacting me, physically.My dislikes of this mattress is that after sleeping on it for 6 MONTHS, it has completely sunken in. This causes me immense discomfort when sleeping and recently has resulted in back pain. The lack of edge support is also an issue as it makes sitting at the edge of the bed or getting out of bed rather difficult. I’ve had such a difficult experience and I really wish there was something I could do other than having to purchase a completely new mattress.Buyer beware when considering Crystli if you are concerned about longevity and durability. If you have existing conditions (I.e. back pain, joint pain) I would recommend you to avoid this entirely!
