Quality engraving, speedy shipping and great customer service.I ordered this set engraved as a Christmas gift. I was worried the custom engraving would delay the order, but they shipped it out next day and it arrived ahead of schedule.However, imagine my surprise when it was opened Christmas morning and the fountain pen appeared to have no nib! I emailed customer service and got a reply back within an hour, on Christmas day. Apparently, the cap of the fountain pen is very tight when new. You need to first reassemble any parts you unscrewed, then pull strongly straight out on the cap to release it from the chamber. After that, you can insert the ink cartridge and you're set.The pens look nice and work well.

Got this gift for my godfather caused I didn't know what else to give someone who finish 20 years of service. But this pen set was like a mature gift for someone like him. Also the engravings make it very unique. The quality of the pen is also fantastic and would recommend anyone to get if they are looking for something personal or for a special gift to someone.

Extremely difficult to remove the cap on the fountain pen. Risks damaging the nib. Makes the fountain pen unusable. The pen was obviously not checked before shipping. And not eligible for return.

The item shipped and arrived fast, the seller is very responsive and answers questions quickly, the engraving is beautiful! I was very happy with the purchasing experience.

There are no complaints with the appearance, quality, and engraving; all are as expected from a Cross product. My small issue is the weight and girth of the fountain pen. The weight was a bit light for my taste and the girth a bit shy of my comfort level. For the price, this combo still makes for a good looking, back up writing set.
