I did a ton of research on Bone supplement for osteoporosis and osteopenia. Chinese medicine warranted the best results and studies were peer reviewed. Here's the kicker. I was supposed to be injecting Tymlos, a strong osteoporosis drug into my stomach every night. The side effects were so scary, I quit after the first month,but did not tell my doctor. Instead I went on this particular supplement along with the Bone Mender, plus boron and magnesium. I actually improved so much that my yearly checkup shocked my bone specialist. I told her what I did and she wanted the names of these supplements to share with patients like me. I am 67 and had great damage done to my spine from steroids that resulted in multiple fractures to my spine 3 years ago. Everything is healed and my bones are stronger than before that cortisone damage. I Know this works! I will continue to use them as a daily regimen for preventing bone loss.

I have osteoporosis. I took this supplement for almost a year but with no effect at all. I'm sorry to say, I'm very disappointed. 🤔

I've heard about this product through another friend who has broken her leg bone while skiing and had to get a "screw" in place.
