I dont know what lives with in the water tubing of a fridge with an auto ice cube naker. And ive never heard of anyone changing them or cleaning them. (Altho, I'm there must be Youtube videos on the subject with a cult following.) So, I make a lot of ice. We seem to go through it. These forms release without cracking, at all. No need to set them out. This might be because they are not an xs size. If so, it's a trade off. I consider these a small size. They are sold in a pack of four trays. Makes a big difference and really saves time.

I LOVE these trays! It's mostly because of the ice shape/size. The tray itself could be a little better only in the sense that it doesn't have a dip in the ice molds so that when pouring water it spills itself into the other holes. You have to make sure that you fill each hole/mold otherwise if you are in a rush and not paying attention it's possible to have skipped some holes and you won't have as many cubes once they're frozen. That's my only complaint, but I'd still buy these again if I needed more because I LOVE the size of the ice! It's perfect!!

The set I bought 4-5 years ago finally broke down recently, and I was happy to order more.The new set I ordered arrived cracked, and I don't know if that is an Amazon shipping or a manufacturing issue.The way to use these is to fill halfway. Ice shouldn't connect between cubes. Then they twist to release easily.

Kept them despite being disappointed. I was hoping for true mini cubes not just small ones.

The cubes fell out easily and are the perfect size for my liking.

Love this ice tray set. The cubes pop right out with a little twist of the tray. I'm impressed! There are so many ice trays out there and I've tried many of them. This is the first set I've purchased that are actually easy to use. The only issue is in stacking them. The cubes will stick to the bottom of the tray from the one beneath it unless you under fill them a little. I'm thinking of buying a thin silicone sheet to cut to the size of the trays to place between them.Perfect sized cubes for everything. Great for cocktails and we can even put them in our water bottles.I can't attest to durability since I've only had them a few days.

We've used this product for several weeks now and it works great. My only hiccup was the first time I used it, I guess I bent it too hard to get the ice out and it cracked. So disappointing! But it doesn't take much to get the cubes to fall out so if you're gentle with it, you'll be fine.
