If you exercise in any way shape or form you need this. I have been able to release knots I didn’t even know where the cause of other pains!! The pink is also perfect! It’s good and solid, and worth the price because it is designed to hold a good amount.

This sucker is hard! I love it, but I've been working out for a long time. If you're just getting started with foam rolling, you'll want something softer. But if you're looking for an extra firm foam roller, then this is it. Very good quality product and light to carry. Decent price, too. It's also the perfect length to work the entire body... unless you're a pro football player. Then, you might need the longer one. ;-)

It’s very firm and dense, does the job. It’s definitely really great for targeted areas of the body, like individual glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, etc. I thought I wouldn’t like the size of it but I think this smaller size is very convenient especially for storage

This is great for relieving upper and middle back pain, however I’m having trouble rolling out my lower back with this foam roller, due to it being a little too large in diameter for me personally. It’s a decent price but you get what you pay for. It’s high density and has very little give, but don’t expect it to have any weight to it, it’s extremely light which may be desirable depending on your usage case. Overall I can’t complain, it is adequate for my basic use needs and I’m satisfied.

Pretty good. My roller is still pretty stiff. These usually get softer with use.
