Most importantly ensure the plain black material is against your skin and all will be fine, this item is delivered in its package the wrong way round so it looks like it should be worn that way and it also has a manufacturer’s label attached which doesn’t appear in the product photo and if you put it on the wrong way the label appears at the back of your leg so it looks like the product photo, also no instructions on packaging but if you just turn it the opportunity way when removed from the package all will be well and it is fully adjustable and comfortable.

I purchased this for my wife who is needing a new knee and has been in a lot of pain. When I gave it to her to try she very reluctantly gave it a go, giving me the "what did I know about her knee" - she has been wearing it now for two days and cannot believe the difference she is feeling, ie walking better and in less pain.I very much doubt this was product was manufactured with this ailment in mind, but it must be worth giving it a try for the price, even if helps just a little.

I bought this knee support to replace a pair that were purchased previously from another company that are wearing out . I quite liked the look and design of these and thought at this price if they dont feel right i haven't lost a lot of money . On wearing them i was pleasantly suprised how comfortable they felt .As i wear these for most of the day due to severe athritus in my knees this is important . They do help cope with the pain and after an hour or two help significantly .I would recomend people at least give these a try . at the price you cannot really go wrong .

I’m awaiting a TKR so I need a bit of support to help get through the day and have tried many different one and this little fellow
