Real Album

This is the first album I bought of The Real Group and it was on impulse: About 6 years ago (or so?), after seeing a video of them performing "Pass Me The Jazz" and "A Minute On Your Lips" live, I ordered it through The Real Group's website. Although their lineup has changed a few times throughout the years, prior to this lineup and after, this album is one of their best. There's only one song I can say I didn't care for, but the rest of the album definitely makes up for it. The songs that really stand out for me: "Bumble Bee," "Pass Me The Jazz," "A Minute On Your Lips" (a fun country ditty written and sung by a Swedish group! Imagine that!). Also fine are: "The Window That Leads To Your World," "A Little Kindness," "Flying High," and the rather fun "Gee! Mine or Mozart's." There are a number of other a cappella groups out there nowadays, but to me, The Real Group, and this album, will always be special!

Whether you are already a fan of The Real Group, or you're just hearing them for the first time, you will not be disappointed with this CD. For those of you who are new to TRG, let me say that this will just be the first album of theirs that you'll buy. This group is amazing. Their arrangements of charts are outstanding and fresh, and there's something for everyone. They have an amazing blend, considering the different vocal types of soloists, and their intonation is right on--nothing "pitchy" here. Forget downloading individual songs; you're going to want the whole CD.

"Nostalgia world is one of the catchiest songs ever". "Bumble bee" a piece of art, and "Lay it in your hands" unfolds the need of letting out your worries, especially if you check out Fabioecas picture-version of the song./Jonas A

The Real Group are a cappella and have been always clever. My opinion is that their sophistication grows. Check also _In the Middle of Life_. A few compiled albums I have not heard. I agree with the previous reviewer these people are hardworking and fantastic.

Amazingly good. They never disappoint.
