The pencil got lead jam, and the prob is inside the mech, Idk how to pull it out. Pls help

Never had a experience jam, you can open top part as like other mechenical pencils and easy to remove the leads. It is a really good mechnical pencil, slightly heavy than others.

How much time it will take to arrive??
