You drive a truck because you need the utility of a vehicle that can haul your stuff. But who says that your truck can't have that great sound of high performance? Legato Performance offers a complete series of dual Cat-Back exhausts for V8-powered Ford F150 trucks of varying design from standard cab to double cab and everything in between. In addition, our kits include the perfect parts to allow for your choice of rear bumper or behind rear tire exhaust exit design (no special ordering required - each kit comes with both systems). Best of all, either design delivers increased power and that awesome exhaust sound your truck deserves.

Sounds good but fitment leaves a lot to be desired
So, I like the fact that this is stainless steel and I like how it sounds. The price isn't so bad either, but that's about the extent of what I do actually like about this system. Now, here's what I do not like regarding how this fits on 2004 F150 XLT SuperCab:1) the mid-pipe (from the factory Y-pipe to the muffler) is not bent enough to properly position the muffler. The hanger on the mid-pipe doesn't allow much adjustment here either.2) The muffler is positioned very low on the truck and close to the rear driveshaft, it is just slightly higher than the driveshaft yoke on the rear differential. Ideally, the bottom of the muffler should be no lower than the bottom of the frame rail and centered between the frame rail and driveshaft. There is lots of room under the truck for this!3) The left tailpipe extension is used as the hanger for the muffler, this hanger is too long; also preventing the muffler from being positioned higher and farther from the driveshaft.4) The left tailpipe extension turns down and crosses the rear differential cover. Don't plan on changing your diff fluid without removing the entire left tailpipe and extension (Left side from the muffler back).5) No amount of fiddling or adjusting can get the left tail pipe adjusted to exit out the rear of the truck so that it is symmetrical with the right tailpipe. Side exits might not be so bad considering you only see one side of the truck at a time.6) The left tailpipe hanger that is provided with the system is almost completely useless. The tailpipe just barely reaches to the hanger, and that is only if the left tailpipe is turned to the far left. This hanger allows the tailpipe a lot of movement and adds to the frustration of point #5 because it causes the tailpipe to be angled out the back (rather than straight out the back like the right hand side). This is all rather disappointing after reading the reviews that said it fit well and I will most likely be replacing it with something different before long.

Two Stars
exhaust worked fine but hangers failed after one day and can't seem to get a replacement via customer service

The system fits really good and sounds great
The system fits really good and sounds great. Install would be easier if the individual sections of pipe wear numbered accordingly to install order. Overall took about 2hrs to install on jackstands.
