Takes time to activate
Hard time to activate the phone using the Verizon sim but replaced it with different sim and it works. I don’t the starting sound when u open the phone

Terrible phone.
This is a terrible phone. You cannot hear incoming calls and they cannot hear you. That's just one of the problems. The OS is difficult to navigate. Android 4.4.4 was a much better system. The phone is difficult handle. It has an annoying Google button on the side that sets Google voice commands off when they are unwanted. A terrible annoying phone. PASS THIS ONE UP!

Stopped working after a couple of weeks. Won't make or receive phone calls
Super disappointed and should have read the reviews. This phone tries to update every couple hours and after a couple weeks just completely stopped making or receiving phone calls. We have tried everything and it still is not working. Super bummed that the return window is now closed and we're stuck with this phone that doesn't work.
