Q: People claim to process in a hot water bath with no issues. Just 1 question: How do you know that it seals? Traditional canning you can tell.

These are not designed to be water bath processed. The lids do not seal like canning jar two lived lids. The generally accepted method on all of the Facebook hot sauce groups is to clean the bottles really well, and some people sterilize them in boiling water, but the plastic caps are not designed for boiling. To fill, pasteurize your sauce by heating to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Fill the bottles with the heated sauce, put on the plastic insert if using and the cap finger tight. Turn the bottle upside down and put back in the box they came in and let cool. This sterilizes the cap, and should be shelf stable. When pasteurizing the sauce, verify ph under 3.5 using kombucha test strips before bottling.

We really don't get any product back after we sell our hot sauce. It's all sold as one and we never see or asked that question once it's gone. All I can say is, continue to buy the accessories your dealing with. And good luck...I hope sales are through the roof.

Q: Do you sell other dripper caps with smaller holes in them? like for dispensing bitters.

With most droppers or not all them are one size unless you do not use the dripper.
