Review: A perfect guide on being succinctly clear on the symptoms of ADHD - Update as on: 16 Feb 23 I got this book after going through a video named "Executive functioning - part 2" multiple times a seminar presentation by Dr. Barkley on ADHD. The explanations given by Dr. Russell A Barkley were so on point and it felt as if he knew exactly what was wrong with me, until I mustered the courage to accept that these were symptoms of ADHD that I had gone through without any idea my entire lifetime. After quenching my procrastinating mind I have reached as long as Chapter 5 as of now. This book in the beginning chapters itself helped me layout most of the symptoms that I have from this genetic disorder in the most detailed manner possible.
