I’ve been taking bacopa for a while and a thought I’d switch it up and try this version which includes a whole bunch of things combinedNow this is one of those things that you kinda take on trustI’ve not noticed my mood getting better but then I’ve not noticed it going down or feeling less energetic than usualThe price for a month’s supply is kinda high but not excessively so as lots of other supplements are in this price bracket

To be honest I didn't really notice any difference whilst taking these, and for the price for one month's worth I would expect to. Not too easy to swallow either. I think I'll stick to adaptagenic ayurvedic herbs like ashwaganda or rhodiola to help with stress, anxiety, focus, mental clarity and tiredness. Those work better for me and are more cost effective too.

So I gave this a real shot for a while, but after I stopped it I can't say that I noticed any major differences. I'll give it another go and if my view changes I'll update here, but I do plan to watch my mood carefully as I'm not convinced that it didn't make be feel a bit down while I was taking it.

Been taking these daily for a week - no ill effects and possibly more alert than I have been - lockdown makes this hard to gauge as life is so boring.These haven't had any bad side effects and I've often taken the majority of the ingredients in the past so having them all in one dose works well for me.I got these for review but am ordering another 2 bottles so will give them a full 3 month trial and will aim to report back and update this review.They are quite large though so if you struggle to swallow tablets then you may want to look for alternative products.

When you start taking a new type of tablet, it's always hard to know if they're making a difference.I wanted to try these as I've noticed my memory going a little hazy sometimes. I think it's due to tiredness and stress, but it's upsetting when it happens, so I would like these to make a difference. Equally, they are supposed to help with focus and concentration which is great in a lockdown world that's the size of your house - but you only get one month's supply (at one capsule a day), so it's hard to know if they're helping.Once I've completed the first month, I'll order more because if they work, the £22.98 asking price will be worth every penny.

These arrived in perfect condition in a sealed container.I'm a woman of a certain age who has noticed that lies of things aren't what they used to be including my concentration levels. These are supposed to help with that. As with any supplement there are no instant results and they can't perform miracles. Sometimes they can just work so that things don't get worse. It's really days with these but I'm willing to stick with it and hopefully I'll see some improvement.
