Gives a Better angle for your wrist then a regular straight pull down bar

I've been training for about 45 years and just recently moved to silicon valley. I've got my own gym and I'm trying to use it after a couple years away from training. This means I am older and need to take advantage of things like ergonomics and cables. This bar is just right for curls from two angles and really helped with the elbow position when I try going a little bit heavier. It was not expensive and has a sturdy attachment that is unique but very well made.

Comfortable grip. Only complaint would be that the connection to the cable is with fabric and when lifting very heavy the bar doesn't want to rotate against the friction. Otherwise, nice piece of equipment for the money

This bar is a good size for both my wife and me. A good addition to our cable machine.

Good quality but not at all shaped like the description or image. Was expecting a more “W” shape and less like a lat pull down bar. Very disappointing
