Can you hear me now
I work from home and needed a new headset. I bought a more cost effective headset and figured it would get me by. But actually it appears to be durable. The headset fits well and functions great. I have had no complaints on the sound or volume from my microphone transmission during meetings. I am able to set the volume easily.I would buy this again. Thank you

Works with my iPhone X
I specifically use this headset with my iPhone. It came with USB but USB is detachable. What I did was I went to buy apple's dongle(?) made by Apple, connected the dongle and lightning cable into my iPhone. So in a true sense, I do not use the volume control provided by this headset, I don't think it has a volume control. I only use my iPhone's volume. Main thing for me is this is compatible with app required with my work which also requires me to use my cell phone.

The media could not be loaded. Good for the price. Versatile for Teams calls with USB and aux.

Bleeds a lot of the sound out the sides to the simple foam for the ear padding.
The fit seems fine, but I do not like having to turn up the sound (I switch between headphones for various things and I do not like the requirement to be resetting the system volume to compensate).The sound is good, with exception of having to turn up the system volume more than I like.

Cheap but gets the job done
These headphones are cheap but they get the job done. I definitely need to invest in some more expensive headphones.
