I took two sprays (need 6 to get a full serving) and it's been 30 minutes and my mouth still wants to punch me for putting this nasty thing into my mouth. O.M.G. did anyone not taste what they were selling?????????? as another reviewer stated, this is one of the most disgusting tastes ever, with an aftertaste (from artificial sweeteners) that just won't go away.

Great, convenient way for me to get a quick boost when my energy sinks!When I used to take one of the caffeine capsules supplements I have, I'd get too jittery.One spray of this one feels like about 40 mg. If I really need a stronger boost I spray twice. I always keep one in my purse!

I purchased this product along with the RiseX they offer.  I’ve been wanting to get into the gym, I had the motivation but not the energy. This definitely gave me the energy I’ve been needing. While the gym is that main reason that I purchased the RiseX, I find myself using it more and more in other aspects of my life. Work has been more pleasant and chores around the house are easier to get done. I wish I found this product earlier!

I was a little hesitant about purchasing this product because it comes in a spray. I looked into it a bit though and found that it’s one of the best ways to absorb nutrients. I gave it a try, and I don’t regret it. I felt the energy within a few minutes and more focused on the task at hand. The taste was a bit strong at first but I found if i hold it under my tongue as it says for about 45 seconds, the taste is diluted and the effects amplified. I will absolutely be purchasing again.

Was the worst tasting stuff I've ever tried. Oh my gosh to just swallow it was pure torture and I didn't feel any effects of what it was suppose to do.

I love caffeine and probably have had fewer than 10 days in the past 5 years where I didn't put any caffeine into my body. I was intrigued by this product since it's pretty uncontroversial that under the tongue ("sublingual") or in the cheek ("buccal") is in most cases better than oral ingestion when it comes to getting a substance into the bloodstream. So, provided you follow the instructions for using this, you almost certainly will feel the effects of caffeine (and the other stuff in this) much faster since you are skipping the digestion step and basically taking a superhighway into your bloodstream. And because there are a bunch of things that can happen during digestion to prevent absorption into the bloodstream, you should get more bang for your buck with this (so to speak).So, in principle, this is a great idea. In practice, the above benefits seem to hold true for me. I've now used this a few days and a few times each day, each time with only 2-3 sprays (the recommended dose is 6). I'm honestly surprised that I'm getting the effects that I'm getting with less than half the recommended dose since with oral ingestion I have what I view as an above average tolerance. I guess this means that my digestive system has REALLY been interfering with my caffeine absorption. If that's the case with you, this may work surprisingly well (and perhaps too well, so definitely start with a lower dosage in the beginning).So, I like it. Depending on how the rest of the can goes (and how long it lasts), there's a good chance I will buy it again even at the current price of $30 (since full disclosure: I was able to buy this at a discounted price in exchange for giving it an honest review). $30 does seem high at first glance but according to the manufacturer you should expect up to 198 (33 servings x 6 sprays per serving) sprays out this. If you're like me and only need about 3 sprays each time (and assuming it keeps on working), this would amount to having the effects of 60+ energy drinks (or cups of coffee) in the palm of your hand. I wish this existed when I was in college!Given the praise above, why not 5 stars? The taste is positively terrible. VERY bitter. If you've ever tasted a non-capsule caffeine pill then you will likely be familiar with this nastiness. And because you need to hold it in your mouth to let it all absorb, you have to endure the taste for 5-10 seconds each time you use it. And it does leave a bad aftertaste, though that is easily washed away with water/mint/gum. But, yes, the initial taste is not good. For some people, that may be a deal breaker and I'd understand why.But, like I said, I love caffeine and given that this seems to be one of the more effective and convenient methods I've ever tried, I think it deserves 4 stars. If they find a way to improve the taste, then 5 stars for sure.

Product gives a nice boost fairly quickly. Six sprays under the tongue, and in a few minutes, I could feel a slight energy boost. I work varying shifts and am trying to cut down on my soda consumption. SparkX has a similar effect as an energy drink. It isn't the best tasting thing out there, but it goes away after a few minutes. At first I didn't notice anything, but when I started working out the change was definitely there. My breathing steadied while lifting weights and I felt more energized when I returned from breaks in between reps. I now want to try this before studying (to see if it helps in the focus dept too) I'll let you guys know how that goes! Definitely worth a purchase though! !!
