So! I first started using Mag 07 PILLS before I discovered the powder. The pills didn’t seem to work some times. I might go a day or 2 without pooping and that would frustrate me. When I first used the pills it had worked, but then slowed down after a while. So then I discovered the POWDER and man oh man I use the bathroom EVERYDAY now and I’m so relieved that I do lol. The 1/2 teaspoon will literally clear me out every single morning and I’ve been using it for going on 2 months now. It’s helped assist me in losing 8 lbs in 6 days! Will be purchasing again.
