A good simple electrolyte mix
Great product. It's just electrolytes. That's it. ( no sugar, no stevia, no magic flavoring) One package to 1 liter of water. One package makes one liter of drink. Works great for hydration.What's it taste like? Like an electrolyte mix: like a little salt, potassium and magnesium mixed into a liter of water. A little salty, a little minerally. [ No flavor added usually doesn't mean the same as 'has no flavor', but actually means 'they don't add EXTRA flavors' ]Every other product here has some additional sweetener or citric acid or something to flavor it up. This is just the electrolytes. I personally didn't want my water intake to also add sugar or fake sugar to my diet.Works wonderfully. On my second order.

Horrible don't waste your $$
This says it is unflavored. However even when I added to flavored water, the product over rode the flavored water. Horrible aftertaste, incredibly salty. Total waste of $$$$

A great combination of nutrition and usability.
If all the information on the package is truthful (anyone got a chemistry lab in their pocket?) then these things are exactly what I and a lot of other people need.Most if not all other products claiming to replace electrolytes are only giving you sodium in one form or another. No potassium, no magnesium, no nothin'. Just sodium. As in, already nearly inescapable in commercial foods. Weak. These contain more of the other ones that people need, and aren't as easy to get in sufficient quantities.Also, this stuff is almost entirely flavorless, so I can mix it with almost anything. A fruit-infused tea becomes a sport drink. Very nice.

Just taste terrible

Doesn’t dissolve
I am an intermittent faster, so I thought, hey unflavored electrolytes for my water. Nope, wrong. So gross. This doesn’t dissolve in your water and tastes awful. Like it has “no” flavor, but yet it does. And you will chew chunks. Like I guess it’s just salt? Who knows, but it’s nasty, and I warn you.
