Great item
Surprisingly useful! I snagged this item because when I was a kid, my dad had a huge bulky version of this machine. I wanted one for myself, so I found this. Works perfectly!

Difficult to adjust.
The construction is fairly crude. You'll need a small tool to depress the popup buttons which adjust the various arms on this device. The springs holding those buttons in are stronger than they need to be. As mentioned previously the instructions are in chineese. The only saving grace this has its absurd degree of simplicity. Anybody would be able to figure its use out. I bought this to assist with my yoga. I'd say this could help in other activities like dance or martial arts.

Works ok but the directions are in Chinese there are no English directions at all it would nice be nice to be able to read the papers that come with it
