The center part of the green plug is the ring, this is the AF in, this is red wire on the other end. The back section of the green plug is the sleeve, this is the ground, it is the black wire on the other end. Please check with a multimeter or tester. Use one green plug for the CE-19 (plug 1) connect the wires to a second green plug (plug 2). White wire from plug 1 to the red wire on plug 2 (tip to ring). Plug 2 will be the Mic input to your PC. Connect the black wire (ground)(sleeve) from plug1 to black wire on plug2. Connect the red wire (ring) from plug1 to the white wire (tip) on plug3 this is the AF in from the PC to theCE-19 (Plug 3 will be the head phone plug for the PC). Connect the Black wires from plugs 1 and 2 to the black wire on plug3. This will make a Y-cable using the three green plugs. Some owners of the Xiegu G90 recommend buying a TIP RING Splitter and a USB Sound Card.
