This was an impulse buy and I'm very pleased. With cats around I wanted something lemony and air freshening near my intake heater vent and so I purchased these hanging cedar-lemon bags. That was months ago and I'm still smelling the freshness of the cedar. Does it ever die? I don't think so, not for a long time.It's not strong either, though that might be a problem for some people. It's very subtle and probably not the best choice for near the litter boxes, which is why I focused in on the intake vent. Good product.

The bags were really dusty and didn't have much smell at all

I really loved the scent when the first arrived. They have been great for absorbing odors, but the Rose scent isn’t there any longer. It wasn’t noticeable after a couple of days. I put two of them in a small closet, thinking they would make my closet always smell like roses when I opened the door, I was disappointed. I have three indoor dogs, and I have these throughout my house, and you can’t smell the dogs when you walk inside, so they have helped there. I would purchase again just for that reason.

Hung four around my bedroom and one in the car. Don't really smell the scent. Close up it smells great. May add a little lemongrass oil on my own

These sachets are useful among my stored blankets and coats to keep moths away. The lemon scent is hard to pick up on but a few drops of essential oil of any scent are easily added. I really like the quality of the mesh sachets and they look like they will stand up over time. A basic product of fine quality at a fair price.

I got these, having read that Cedar scent would deter mice. I also made some lemon scented things. I was doing everything I could to deter mice, and this was part of the puzzle.I still have mice. These didn’t work for that. I have now bought some snap traps. Deterrent doesn’t work.

You can kind of get the smell of cedar if you put the bag touching your nostrils. I put all bags in my truck with zero effect. I guess I'll go back to the rear view mirror cardboard trees.
