I really love this textbook! I used it a lot in the course, and I still use it in my current job. It has so many useful ideas, frameworks, and examples. Also, the Merriam and Bierema do a fantastic job of explaining all of the concepts in the book. This text is useful for students, professors, and course-designers in any field.

Needed the book for my Provincial Instructor program and it was the perfect addition to the course.
