I tried very hard to use a ultrasonic cleaner and wash with water and also brush off. Its nothing like Elegoo's (true) water washable resin. DONT buy this resin for it being "water washable".DO buy this resin for saving some money, AND its superior impact resistance.This resin is by far the best and cheapest resin to use for miniatures. Unlike other resins this is not brittle and even after curing retains some elasticity. This is amazing! I used to buy Siraya Tech's tenacious resin and mix it with their fast grey series. But this blows it out the water with this price.

I think that the other reviewers are either sniffing too much resin fumes or deliberately purchasing this product and posting bad reviews. I have an Elegoo Mars, a cheap ultrasonic cleaner and the Phrozen water sol resin. As you can see in the photos, i didn't even take the plastic wrap off the elegoo, so I didn't get finger prints on it in case of return. The printer is awesome, and so is this filament. I legit set the cleaner to 50 degrees Centigrade, put it in for 5 minutes, shook the basket and turned it on for another 5 minutes. I also attached the ChituBox Settings. I am not sure how anyone could give this resin a bad review.... I think my photos speak for themselves.

I attached the settings I used with this resin on my Elegoo Mars. I'm sure it could be tweaked in some areas. My print came out great and I love that the resin is water washable.

I absolutely love this resin! Yes, it takes a little more dialing in initially, but soooo worth it! Not only does it clean up with water, making the job an infinitely more enjoyable experience....but it also has very low smell compared to many other resins out there. Add in that it's a good bit easier to get off the build plate, and because it has some flex, prints aren't brittle and break when dropped (or when removing from the build plate, or even removing supports). I have a Sonic Mini, Photon, and Kelant S400-S, and have switched them all over to this resin. Just be sure to set your base layer time on the high side compared to what you're used to, and consider using medium rather than thin supports.

Great product, especially for the price. I had one issue with plate adhesion, but changing my initial exposure time to 60 seconds solved this right away (EPAX X1).I LOVE LOVE LOVE that this stuff is water washable. Saving tons not having to buy IPA. Resin comes right off with a good shake under a tap water bath then a second dip in hot water.Takes a little extra time to cure under my UV flood, but that hasn’t really bothered me at all.And there really isn’t much of a smell.

I am quite new to resin printing, so I can only compare this to the other two resins I've used, Elegoo normal rapid and the water washable version. In short, this is the resin I'd take for smaller parts (still have to test for larger parts, though). I added a table with my results opinion, not hard science. Price data is the one in Amazon in the moment I am writing this.With this resin I printed a file that failed twice with the Elegoo Water Washable, even though more support was added. With this resin I think that I even will have to remove some supports due to the fact that they are now much more resistant and more likely to stay in place. I had to use my flush cutter, quite lightly, to remove even my thinner supports (which are very thin), something never happened before. Less material to use in supports and less failed prints is a very good thing.All in all, for now and for the stuff I print, this is my to-go resin. Will update as I work more with it.Edit: tried the Grey one now, really good too and also washes perfectly with warm soapy water. My prints were a little brittler so If I'd have to decide, the black one is a tad better and, in the future, I will stick to it.

There's a chance the resin I got is just from a bad batch, I couldn't get even one successfull print out of it.9 prints out of 9 failed so far no matter what settings I use.I have a Phrozen Sonic Mini and before using this resin, I've never experienced failed prints.Only the first 30-50 layers stay on the building plate, then the prints detaches and sticks to the FEP.I've never experienced this issue with Elegoo water washable or SirayaTech Simple resins.My settings for those are 2s normal, 15s two bottom layers, 60mm/min lifting speeds and 150mm/min retraction speed.

This was the first resin I got for my Elegoo Mars since their water washable was on back order at the time. Fist I think it printed well. I did not have any issues with failures, and wasn't brittle at all. The main problem I had was that it had leaked a bit during shipping, and that could have been due to the high altitude I live at. It was kept inside of a ziplock bag, so it didn't leak into the package.I ended up briefly leaving it in my window and that was enough to cure the leaked resin around it. When I opened it the lid was sealed and when I removed the cap that seals it inside it did pop out and release the pressure (which is why i think it leaked due to the altitude) but after that it was fine. I will likely not buy the black one again, since it takes twice as long as other lighter resins. On the bottle it does say ABS-Like Water Washable, so I'm guessing that's why it's not too brittle. Otherwise it worked well, and I plan on trying a different color. It did lose a star because none of the other resins I have purchased leaded during shipping.
