I didn’t use this for a holster, I bought a belt clip on fan for my sweaty warehouse job that involves a lot a lot a lot of walking pulling jacks.The little plastic clip had snapped off one day shortly after buying, so I sanded off the nub, textured the backs of both the clip and fan unit, and epoxied the two together, the clip holds well. It doesn’t bend or anything, it’s not pokey, and it’s not too thin, I needed one with more width and this worked great

Worked just what I needed it for. Nice quality clip.

Used an awl to get through the leather. Screws are tight. Clip works well, strong but not too strong. Used a pen to keep the belt loop open when using the awl.

This product works for the Leatherman pouch that has the divider for drill bits. I had to cut the belt strap at the bottom and created a slash near where the belt loop is attached to the top, then I inserted the belt loop inside. Measured and poked holes where the holes should be, then inserted the inner metal part of clip into the slit and installed the nuts and bolt. I didn’t even need to use the rubber washer. It made the pouch a bit tighter inside, but I can live with that.

Quality excellent and durable.....HOWEVER, it is totally impossible to attach it easily to the belt. The clip is extremely powerful so that when you try to attach to the belt the clip can not be spread to accept the belt,

This was the perfect size and worked for what I needed it for. I had to pair it with a strip of 3M Velcro and attach it to the back of my TENS unit which came with no clip. Now I can hang it on the waste band of my sweatpants instead of carrying it.

Good steel, strong, nice hardware too.
