Will these black fineliner pens bleed through the page?

I have used these drawing pens on standard copy paper and have noticed that it doesn't bleed onto the next page,may depend on the paper thickness

Seller says you can refill, customers are saying you cannot refill, so, can you actually refill these pens or what? So many contradictions here

I bought them in order to be able to refill them But I haven’t found a way to do it.

How are they packaged? Please supply a photo of the packaging.

Hi there not got them to hand at mo as there for a Christmas present but there in a see through plastic box. Just presented like a pack of felt tips would be.

Were do you get the refill ink from

Just to put things right… I’ve just brought these, and they are refillable. Put the cap on the end of the pen. Twist the cap anti-clockwise and the end comes off. You can fill them with any waterproof drawing ink you want.
