Good book for reference for PTTLS really helpful

It was on time and matched description. Nothing else I can say about it.

My tutor recommended the Ann Gravells books to assist me with both the Level 3 TAQA Assessor course and the Level 4 PTLLS course. I have been really impressed with the quality and the language that Ann uses, these books are aimed at the student and Ann has a deep understanding and passion for helping us reach our learning potential. Her books are definately the best I have come across in my research and have given me an excellent foundation to start my role as a professional trainer and assessor. These books are a must for anyone either doing these courses or for those who want to keep up to date as per their CPD plan.
