Seems well made. We washed it and used it, but haven't really tested to see how long things will stay cold or hot. The contoured shape makes it very easy to use in any cup holder. Not crazy about the straw, and the lid seems like it could have a little better made. All in all, happy with this purchase.

This is a great insulated cup. It arrived in the normal Prime 2 days. It was also in excellent packaging and in perfect condition. It holds a lot(30 oz) and keeps it cool for most of the day. I use it for iced coffee(that I make myself). The coffee is already chilled, and if I add a small handful of ice, it keeps it cold for well over 12 hours. It is well made. The lid stays on very well, yet is easy to remove when needed(without spilling the contents, if full). The straw(the cup can be used with or without the straw) fits through the opening in the lid. It's not a tight fit, but nothing seems to spill out nor does the straw have a tendency to fall out. If it is a little over full(which happens occasionally) the lid goes on very smoothly so that the over full contents do not shoot up in the air or all over your clothes(which I have seen lesser quality cups that "snap" on and the liquid goes in all directions, mostly on your clean, white shirt), but just gently flow through the opening of the lid and stay on top of the lid. It can then easily be cleaned or poured off. It is easy to clean the lid(which comes apart for complete cleaning) as well as the cup and the stainless steel straw. The coffee that I primarily use in this cup does not stain the lid, cup, or straw and is easily rinsed off for the next use. It's also awesome for iced tea. I have not used it for any hot beverages(I have a sensitive mouth and only drink cold beverages(Waaa!! I know!!!)), but the insulating properties should be the same in those conditions. The only minimally negative thing is the paper label that was attached to the cup with tape. I immediately removed it, as it was obvious it would not hold up to any moisture. But, as it was installed with tape(the tape was attached paper to paper, not to the cup itself, so it was easy to remove), it makes me think that removal was the intent. There is no disclaimer for this review. I paid full price and bought it because of the great reviews. I am very please with my purchase.

Only keeps ice for a couple of hours. Don't know if the vacuum seal broke but does not work as advertised. Tried contacting the seller by email, a couple of days after Christmas, and still have no reply. It's now mid Jan... The Lifetime Warrantee is crap if you cant reach the seller

I like it very much...it's a replacement for another one that I left on the ground next to my car in our Apt parking lot...it walked away...I found this one which included the top and a stainless steel straw and it was on sale.....I'm not using the straw yet...I'm a bit leery of it...The handle I bought for the RTIC tumbler did not fit that one....but it fits this one without slipping off...Mostly I like it because it holds half the water I have to drink each day...But I love this mug and the way it keeps my water cold all day long...and the handle fits this one...IceCube Stainless Steel 30 Oz Tumbler - Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Travel Cup With Clear Splash Proof Sliding Lid And Curved Straw With Cleaning Brush - Thermal Coffee Mug

Left this in my car for about 6 hours; the outside temp was in the low 100's. Considering what the inside temp of the car had have been; there was no ice left but the water was still very cool. Water left in the car, under the same conditions, in a plastic container is to hot to drink. I see that as a win.

Does what it says. Holds a lot of liquid, but if I accidentally tip it, it does leak. Needs some type of permanent non slipband around the middle where it is held.

being a truck driver I love my drink to be cold with ice , Buy my surprise it will keep ice in your drink oh 24 hours ,this is my go to cup 24 hours a day and night.The only thing it did not come with which it said it would was a sliding lead and a brush to clean the stainless steel straw , I steal gave it five stars because it keeps my drink cold it would have been nice for the manufacture to suggest a handle for the cup so I had to guess it doesn't fit perfectly but it will do the job I had to pay extra .
