Smashed.
Blak&Gloz should be notified that this particular item needs to be shipped in a box and not a soft package. The Gloz was smashed somewhere along the line and stayed in the package. The Blak didn’t burst. Manufacturing should have thought of this when they made their cute little collapsible containers. The package was probably thrown around a lot for this to happen. Inside the package was a mess. Cloth applicator socked up part of the liquid. I kept the Blak and threw the rest away. This will happen to someone else.
