Q: Hi, would this Ghost blind work for Duck hunting in open fields?

I don't duck hunt but I'd doubt it would work for anything at a much higher elevation than the hunter is at. This works well enough for same-elevation hunting in fields and in the woods for sure. I've had coons and dudes walk literally 30' away from me and never see. I don't use it too much anymore and never had a deer/hog come close to tell that. A duck would likely see right over it since this doesn't cover the top of you.

I wouldn't leave it out in the elements, once bought, set it up, get the Newness, off, (manufacturer smell) . Then practice setting it up, so when the day comes, all you will have to do is, pick and Choose which deer you want to shoot. Because you will have many to choose from. If you are in a good location. Mine works like a Dream. Don

Q: Rreceived my blind The reflective surface isn't nearly as clear as I thought it would be. Is there a way to polish the "mirrored" surface?

Your GhostBlind should look exactly like a mirror when you look at yourself up close. If not, you need to remove the protective film form the mirrors.

Q: Does the Ghost Blind Runner come with the carry bag?

No, Mine did not come with a carry bag.
