USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Jelly Roll Baking Sheet Pan, Aluminized Steel

This pan browns all my food cooked on it awesomely well and super quick!! I used to think all cookie sheets were the same, but this thing is way better than any other I've used in the past. It's weird loving a pan so much, but I do. I highly recommend this.

...than a heavy-duty baking pan with a lifetime warranty that's made right here in the good old USA? I love that this pan doesn't have that horrible teflon type non-stick coating that scratches if you even so much as look at it wrong. My old jelly roll pan was coated in that stuff, and it was worthless. I have used this pan several times for making pumpkin rolls (the reason I bought it) and also once for cookies. I agree with the other reviewer, no ridges on the bottoms of my cookies either. I made sugar cookies, and while they stuck to my other cookie sheets when they came out of the oven, they slid right off this one! Cleans up nice, and I usually dry it right away so it stays nice. I do this with all my cookie sheets, whether they really need it or not. This pan is heavy and the perfect size for my pumpkin rolls and a small batch of cookies. Totally worth the extra money I paid for it because unlike the cheap pans you might find in the grocery stores, this one won't have to be replaced in 2-3 years.Excellent bake ware from an American company.*Update*I bought this pan to use exclusively for my pumpkin rolls, but find myself reaching for it all the time. Nothing sticks to it! Nothing stains it! After dozens of uses it looks absolutely brand new. Great product.

When this jelly roll pan arrived, I was happily surprised by how nice and heavyweight it is. This pan will be around long after I am gone - it is that nice!I have struggled making rolled cakes in the past because I was trying to use a normal baking sheet (too big!) and my cakes would fall apart when rolled.This pan is the perfect size for a rolled cake recipe - you have found the perfect pan for these kind of cakes!Everyone was “wowed”by my strawberry roll cake, but this pan honestly made it so easy to create. Just line it with parchment and bake your sponge cake in it ungreased to allow the sides to lift, then run a knife along the edge to release it after it bakes…perfection!

I am slowly replacing very old baking pans with this brand of pans. They're wonderful; easy to clean, bake evenly and they will last beyond my years. My granddaughter knows they will be hers. Thanks!

Nice quality and I'll keep it but it's about 1/2 the size of what I expected. I thought all jelly roll pans were the same size, but this one is 1/2 the size of a full sheet cake.

I was looking for a specific size for baking my baklawa recipe. I'd just about given up, then found this one. It's the perfect size and gave perfect browning. I have two bread pans of the same brand, so wish I'd checked their site sooner. I'd definitely recommend this baking sheet as well as their other baking pans. They do require hand washing, but that's not really a problem since they're easily cleaned. I'm so glad I found these pans.

Right when I opened the package, I could tell this pan was made in USA! It is thick, heavy, glossy. After the first use, it didn’t show any warping. The heat distribution was very good. The cookies didn’t stick at all.I like this pan very much and highly recommend it to everyone.

I like USA pan products and have used them for years. You have to be careful not to scratch them. They bake evenly.The jelly roll pan was a gift for my daughter-in-law. Sturdy and well made.
