Better Chef 12-Cup Coffee Maker, Red

I GOT THIS AS A "CHRISTMAS" GIFT FOR MYSELFAND I USE IT EVERY MORNINGFOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS WORKS FLAWLESSLYDOES IT HAVE A TIMER "NO"DOES IT START AUTOMATICLY"NO"BUT I DID ALSO GET A DEAL ON A SMART SWITCH FOR MY ALEXASO I LOAD THIS UP AND TURN IT ON PLUG IT INTO THE SMART PLUG , THEN WAKE UP AND"ALEXIA , MAKE ME COFFEE" AND IT TURNS ON IN THE KITCHENPRETTY COOL

The first one I got lasted only 3 weeks and the replacement lasted only 3 months. I took the second one apart despite these idiot using tamper proof screws trying to make repair hard/impossible and found a bad heating element and I suspect the first one had the same problem so these things are just landfill fodder and environmentally unsoundI'm tired of going through coffee makers ever 3 weeks to 2 years and going back to percolator on a gas stove because no one can seem to make a decent drip coffee maker anymore and it's not like they are complex devices, it's just they all use the same junk Chinese parts .... This is the 4th drip coffeemaker I've went through in the last 4 years from 3 different brands .... Brand doesn't matter because they all use the same cheap shoddy Chinese parts

It broke shortly after we got it. It had a piece that when you remove the pot while brewing it would stop the coffee from dripping. That piece broke , it was cheaply made. I was looking for a simple coffee pot. Hoped it would last long then this. Disappointed.

I like the coffee maker but it doesn't make the coffee stay hot, the style and easy use I like but the warmer has to be checked out. I won't buy one again.

The coffee maker is basic, but makes good coffee and keeps it hot. The red is a true red and matches my other accessories. Would buy it again if necessary.

It works well. But had to clean it after 2weeks because It started running slow.Otherwise great!

Coffee pot arrived in perfect condition. The only drawback is that it does not make very hot coffee. As we were renting a condo we chose to not pack the coffee pot and bring it home.

I received this October 15 this year. 2months ago. Love the red color, ease to prepare coffee, etc. However, within last two weeks I noticed coffee was not as hot as it was when I first started using it. This morning I have no hot coffee, only lukewarm. Very disappointed in this product. I now will have to purchase a new one. Not this brand.
