Hmm not a fan..sorry!! Probably more for lung strength, but not for heavy mucus breakdown that I need.I have now found an alternative, that suits me as the metal ball when blown, vibrates the lungs and helps to Loosen the mucus. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

The points on the green bits are sharp and can catch your skin, when you adjust the in breath, it makes no difference

Simple but effective
This machine is a great buy. It’s small and very easy to use. Ok the settings control are a bit stiff to start with but soon get loosened up and easy to adjust.I still have my old machine I got from hospital… the one with three balls to keep elevated… and still use it, but I keep the new one in my pocket and use it throughout the day.
