Strong chair but not comfortable enough . If you want a chair cheap and cheer full, then it’s ok.

I bought this to replace an older chair I had at my desk at home. It was easy to put together and is comfortable. The seat height is adjustable but you can’t adjust the back of the seat into a more reclining position. If you lean over sideways to pick something up off the floor it will topple over. I was pleased that it is made of synthetic leather, being vegan and that and the ergonomic back was the reason I bought it.

The assembly was easy and the instructions were actually good. ( makes a change)Seems like a good quality chair. Had it a day or so. You can tell that the seat padding is not the best so I don't think it will last as its already loosing its "spongyness". Shame as that is probably the most important part of any chair. So otherwise good overall.I will never give any product 5*. ( or 1 star) As those are generated fake reviews. It is a shame that you cant trust the reviews anymore. making hard to purchase anything. :-(

I initially could not find some of the parts and initiated a return but eventually did inside the backrest of the chair. It was easy to assemble and feels comfortable. It's a great product however, the seat tends to come off when you lift it. The producers should improve on it by finding a way to clamp the seat down after it has reached the maximum height allowed.

I wouldn't recommend this chair, if mine is the norm. The gas lift cylinder is faulty and always comes back to the highest position, even when lowering the handle. Also the chair vinyl is creased because the inside sponge is non existent unlike the picture. To fit under the desk, I had to remove the lovely arm sponge which were the best thing of this chair. But even so, the chair always returns to the highest position, so it's not fit for purpose at all! It also offers no support for the back. All round disappointing!!I should have returned the chair within the first week but I have been very ill. Look around for better products I would say. Thanks for reading.

Lovely chair. And very comfortable.

The chair looks good but there is no padding to the back and I am annoyed over the disingenuous delivery information as the reason we ordered this was because delivery was by Sunday it came late Monday!!! We needed the chair to work from and could have bought elsewhere!!!!Poor information, service and delivery and it’s only because we are honest we are giving 3 stars as I would have given 2 !!!!!! But the chair is ok .
