HIC S/2 N/s Egg Rings, Set of 2

Love these!!!! Great gif making your own egg McMuffins :)

No matter what I did the egg contents went right through the bottom. I would hold the handle down hard on the pan. I would let it heat up hoping as I poured the egg in it would cook the bottom and hold the contents in and that didn’t help.

They hold about 70% of the egg contents in the ring. The other 30% , usually the whites, always leaks from under no matter, they are slightly warped or form heating, are not squared on bottom anymore. The egg sticks to the ring as well.

Good quality, eggs can run out underneath but that could be the warp in the pan. I found that on medium heat it works best because the egg won't burn too quickly and it cooks fast enough to keep most of the egg in the ring.

I was looking for a way to make eggs round...like McD's does but this product was more trouble than help.It's not heavy enough to keep the egg from running out from the underneath. I finally gave up...scooped the egg back in the ring after it had run and set some and plopped it on the english muffin...sadly it was too big for the muffin so the whole thing was kind of disappointing.

I didn't buy these for myself but a friend who was getting them for her husband. She did say that her husband loves McMuffin sandwiches and he really enjoys having these forms to make them. So far she hasn't said there's been any issue with using.

Perfect shape but not heavy enough to be used as I'd like. I have better luck with Aluminum Foil and the bottom of a cup.

They are Ok. I expected them to hold the egg inside better than they do.the egg runs outside of the ring. But they will do.
