Perfect fit scoop, for work. Use cup sizes 12oz to 20oz and the scoop being narrower at the top helps fit more securely into the different cup sizes so no ice cubes fall out. The velcro strips securely hold the scoop and holder in place on side of machine. Product arrived much sooner than expected. Awsome!!

Kept going into "cleaning Mode" after about 6 hours. Id unplug it, wait an hour, pug it back in... it would work for a few hours then the SQUEAKING would start. They said it was the automatic defrost feature and should stop after about 5-10 min max. Well its did not... Waiting on my replacement (from Opal/GE), and this thing limping along and super noisy, the compressor went so now it makes ZERO ice, it just sits and makes noise (and blows some air).The only positive here is that for the 4 days that it worked, albeit somewhat, the ice was AWESOME. :) Just sayn... Going to try a replacement this week, will see if the second one is a charm. Finger crossed cause the ice it does make is awesome... no doubt

Used it for about a week now. Using five gallons water jug. It’s almost empty already.Love the (lock) knob on the hot water button. It is is a bit tricky to use in which I’m okay with in the name of safety. It gets very hot. Beware of using plastic container! (It should be a no brainer but there will be ditzy days at times. Be careful!)Can turn on and off each option to manage electricity usage. I leave ‘cold’ on all the time.Does not take too much space and it is not noisy.Love the ice maker. It is convenient. I do not have to go to the refrigerator to get ice. Bought an ice scooper holder to place on the water dispenser’s side. We are much happier for it.Overall, the family (of 6) and I are happy with the product.

The scoop itself is durable. The handle is a little long for the size of the scoop in my opinion. The scoop holster is my issue. The adhesive isn’t very strong so after a day of it being attached the entire thing fell off and cracked. It’s not a bad product just use your own command strip or gorilla tape.

What a tiny scoop and holder, expected for bigger one, and price for that size is too much over!
