Definitely working to help my tennis elbow.
Bought this to help my tennis elbow. Is well made and has held up well at the gym and during yard work. It definitely helps - you don't realize how much your tendons move in even the simplest action, like picking up a glass of water (even sleeping in a position that holds your arm in a certain position)! It's not going to fix everything (nothing like this will), but it takes some of the strain off the tendons in your forearms so you don't strain them as much. It's been a couple of months, and I use this every day. It's easy to strap on, fits really well, and is thick enough to give solid support. Good buy!

Give your elbow tendinitis a break
This was game changing for me as I’ve had elbow tendinitis for moths! I was a remote worker who used a mouse and keyboard for 10 hours daily. This took the strain off my elbow. Amazing support, durability and comfort! Now happily retired but will use during exercise and SUP!

Good quality, but runs a bit small
I started getting "golfers elbow" and my orthopedic specialist suggested I order a brace. I saw this one with positive reviews and decided to try it. The brace seems to be well made and of high quality. I have used it a handful of times thus far, both during the day, as well as while golfing. I do like the way the strap widens where the gel pad is located. This allows you to place it over the sore tendon, but still strap it on the forearm. The brace doesn't seem to impede my golf swing and seems to offer good relief. I did find that after wearing it for 5 or 6 hours that further down the muscle/tendon would get sore (where the pivot point was moved to), but I suppose that is better than what I had previously. I did also find that after several hours it becomes uncomfortable and I need to remove it. I am going to try washing it (need to review the instructions) as well. I think for the price, it represents good value and has done what I needed it to do.

SENTEQ Is a Good Choice
Very effective product. As soon as I put it on, the pain in my right arm went away. The following day, I had to make a couple of adjustments to get over the tendons just right to eleviate the pain. I wear it all day and then take it off before bed and then back on again, removing it to take my shower at the gym; then it's back on. Seems to work quite well and glad I made the purchase. I purchased a sleave version from a local pharmacy and it doesn't breath very much. All that extra material doesn't appear to be necessary. This Senteq seems to be the ticket. Now for the healing for this tennis elbow.

Velcro FAR too hard to use! On and off with help ONLY.
I liked the fact that it does provide pain relief.. However, I have super bad and ultra painful tennis elbow on BOTH SIDES. And a recent DOUBLE TOTAL SHOULDER REPLACEMENT. My having to try to put each ON by myself is super difficult, leads to spinning of the brace on my arm. With help its fine on and off. Trying to take off BOTH of them ALL BY MYSELF after several hours of vacuuming or whatever is NOT an option. Hurts FAR too much. I make it somewhat easier to take the 1st side off by having ~1" of tape covering the FAR TOO AGGRESSIVE velcro, then have extra pain either in the other arm or my teeth to attempt deal with getting the other side off. I have two of these, they both have ~1' of tape to undo some of the FAR TOO AGGRESSIVE velcro. Actually, I've gone one better: hurting my teeth last time was the last straw. I now have and use two other tennis elbow pain wraps I can actually use because this brand is a MAJOR pain to use by myself. If I hadn't hurt my teeth (I also have TMJ and it was hassled) in trying to get the 2nd one off all by myself (spouse wouldn't be home for hours), I might continue using them. If not for the velcro problems, I'd endorse the product because it DOES allow movement, pain control and doing stuff otherwise impossible and are pretty comfortable when not spinning around the arm from imperfect application. You definitely need help with both on and off. Doing it alone is not much of an option. I'm sure they're good for some, but weakened persons will definitely have trouble.

Very good elbow strap
This strap has several good features. I) very wide, 2.) It can be made very tight 3) Comfortable 4)doesn't slip down the arm. I have worn it to play golf and it helps prevent the golfer's elbow pain. I can wear it comfortably for the whole round. Seem to be well worth the price

Significant Pain Reduction
I had a lot of pain in my arm - just below the elbow - in the gym, and this immediately provided a ton of relief. I am, of course, not a doctor or offering medical advice.

Caution if you have big arms
I have a 12 1/4" man's elbow circumference. This brace is labeled for up to 14", and it does go around my arm. The problem with the first time I wore it was a piece of sharp velcro that doesn't reach to attach to itself by about an inch - so if you have an elbow greater than about 12", you have to be careful about that sharp velcro digging into your skin and making this unbearable to wear for any length of time. Otherwise it seemed like a high quality brace - so I fooled with it some more and here's an update: It will stretch a bit to fit! So the trick is to hook that little bit of velcro making the brace as big of a loop as it can be with that velcro attached... and then slide it up your arm - it will stretch where it felt impossible to get it to latch that way while wrapping around my elbow directly.

Helped me with my tendonitis in my elbows. The key with these is the proper use, not just cinching it up anywhere. Get your physiotherapist to show you how to properly use them

the sole purpose is to add a pressure point to relax the strain on muscle /tendon. i don't feel that happening even when strapping really tight
