Q: We have our ice maker and it stops making ice before the bin is full. What settings can I check? The manual is very hard to follow.

IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT NO MANUEL TO FOLLOW. WHERE CAN I GET ONE?

Q: If I use a 5 gallon water bottle, does it still need drain or will unit re-pump melted ice water back to use again?

It does not recycle the melted ice, you still need the drain hose

Q: Can you remove the hose from the included water filter?

Yes it is separate from the tubing so as to be replaced.
