Necessary Kurt vise accessory
If you have a Kurt vise on a mill this is an accessory you absolutely need. You'll need to have the GrooveLock jaw, if you don't have one you can buy them here on Amazon or from Kurt.

Provides a nice stop but dont forget to account for its height in your tool paths...
I hit this at a pretty good rate of speed with a 1/2" end mill and it shot it out of the vice instead of self destructing. Maybe it was luck but it saved me from myself!

Ok, way more expensive than it should be for a cast part. Some companys like Kurt over charge for a cheap item like this. Wait a couple of years and everyone will be making this part for half the price.
