Pros:My 5 year old absolutely loves these aqua beads.She can be creative and make different items.Not an electronic item.The original kit has a case to hold the beads so it can travel well and everything is in one place.My daughter likes to give them as gifts.Cons:I vacuum up a bead every time I vacuum.She has those plastic bead creations everywhere.You can’t really play with the creations. Once she’s done with it, she’ll like to look at it, but can really play.Pros outweigh the cons because I buy the refill packs for her. It helps teach her responsibility as well because she knows the beads will be vacuumed up if she leaves them out.

Box arrived a bit smashed (shipped in envelope). But product was intact and complete. My 4 year old loves doing aqua beads with my husband or I. She’s a bit too young to do herself but it will entertain her for hours. And she has saved all her creations and uses them as items in her “store”. Good crafting buy!

My daughter loves this but I hate all the waste. I wish they would minimize their packaging. If you want lots of beads you end up having to buy the plastic storage container again, which I won't do. Can't they just sell a mega back of beads without all the plastic? Like this one but with a lot more beads.

These work with any Aquabeads sets. My daughter makes several little animals a week so this lasted her one week.

My niece is obsessed with aqua beads at the moment and needed more colors to make bigger projects like the unicorn. These arrived fast and the price was fair.

Sounds like a lot of beads but these do not go very far. My kids needed more than 100 in a single colour, so this pack only lasted for 3 or 4 designs. Also, the beads are not the hexagonal beads that you get in other packs, which are better. These beads are smaller, meaning there are some gaps in the dried design.

I haven't tried the cheaper brands but for the price these are at, its not worth risking it. My daughter loves these and makes beautiful little creations. Brilliant for developing fine motor skills and creativity.

This was my 1st time buying Aquabeads for my son, and I was surprised when the product arrived in a very small box, I worried that there wouldn't be enough beads to do anything much. However, he has successfully been able to make a few things with the aquabeads and still has lots left over.
