If you have bought this edge trim to prevent accidental damage to the car door edges then this is the right choice. It does it's primary and only job, well.If you expect a reduction in road noise, reduction in dust ingress, keeping water or or any other imagined secondary use, this door trim, or any other door edge trim, is not good for anything else.Fitting is very easy but remember to clean the edges and make that dust/dirt free by cleaning with a damp cloth or iso propyl alcohol. Press the open edges close to each other before fitting the trim on the door. I pushed a 1" rubber bottom cap onto a pien ball hammer to tap the trim tightly onto the door edge.Another precaution that you need to take is to ensure that the ends are located in such a position that cleaning water or rain water does not get into the edges. Since the trim has steel rings on the inside, there is a possibility of invisible rusting.The roll comes without adhesive. Just to avoid peeling off during pressure wash, used very little mild adhesive on the edge. I applied that through a adhesive spray. Apply the adhesive only if you have iso propyl alcohol to remove all traces later.5m is required for 2 doors and another 5m for the other 2 doors. If you want to do the boot as well, you will have about 2.5m left over from the three rolls of 5m each that you may buy.For complete protection and no-joints, buy 3 packs of 5m rolls. I used 2.5 rolls of black colour trim on my red Suzuki Celerio. I will do the same on my serene blue Ertiga as well.

Overall a good product. Have been using it for over a year. But recommended to remove it periodically and clean the part below this and the door edge as it's prone to rusting/scratches... For darker colour cars, better to clean it weekly as the paint colour changes...

Good product value for money easy to use

Excellent product, but given length only 4.2 meter not 5 meter. One item cover only front door.if you cover four door, bonnet, trunk, you want to buy 3 items. This is long lasting product,total protection for car. Also reduce annoy sound and vibration.

I dont know this product is reducing sound or dust repellent, but for me, this looks good in my car, but once it is fixed it is fixed for entire life because while removing it, it will remove all the paint from the door, actually I saw this in a Fortuner car. It was very good looking. So suddenly I bought it and fixed it in my car and one main thing it has iron clips, every inch so while installing be careful while cutting the edges it is very sharp .

I ordered 5 units, and they fit well and look fantastic on the car. Out of the 5, one had some internal rusting on the metal plate, which was a little disappointing. However, the overall quality and appearance are good, and I’m happy with the purchase.

Initially when previously ordered the product was good as I used it alot personally on my products. My last purchases , each and every roll was defective, as if they were all from a rejected lot. I messaged the seller but no response. It hurts as I've spent thousands has shown total loss.

The length was adequate to cover car's 4 doors and boot door. It was very easy to install and won't expose any hard material which can cause scratch to the surface. Satisfied with the quality. Worth every penny.
