Very bad
This project is very very bad for kids is not safe. It’s stick to their ears and it’s very hard to remove after you put it. I recommended not to buy very bad project specially for kids.

Discreet Indeed and Definitely Worth it!
**EDIT** (adding a second photo)Removed the stickers and finished box #2: been wearing the nightcap a little inconsistently but recently more often, it’s the most important part. New pic with my baby’s updated ear placement without wearing the adhesives in both pics. We’ve almost been using the product 3 months, the recommended time for a 3 month old baby at start. One box lasts about a month. $75 total cost for this enhancement and placement correction. I’m pleased with the results. My 3 month old baby started using Oto-Stick just after her 3 month mark. I had a great feeling about this product after I went behind the scenes and read the research from their website and beyond (highly recommend doing this) I could not afford Ear-Buddies so this $24 option was an instant fix to my cute little baby’s stick-out ears. She has now been wearing Otostick for 1 full month. We just bought our second box. We use the nightcap. We follow the instructions with alcohol wiping before application and to help remove every 1-2 weeks (basically when they start falling off) This round of adhesives we managed two baths, swimming pool activity and river rafting. The adhesives don’t bother my baby (who loves to pull on her ears while nursing) They are very flexible and the best part is no one notices them anywhere we go in public. You get better at the tedious application after each adhesive swap, figuring out placement etc. Applying them is difficult, but once you get them on, you don’t have to worry about them for at least a week or more. I plan to post another picture later of final results ! A very nice product.

Long term effects TBD
I can see this product is one of those that you have to try to see if it works on your particular case. For us, it's okay. My banybis 4 months old, has one ear that stick out. I started putting them on maybe 2 weeks ago. The first one I tried was a disaster. It stuck to itself and I had to throw it away. The second wasn't so bad, but I noticed it pulled on the skin of her head where it was attached to her ear (first photo). The size of the little oval was slightly big for my baby. So I removed it after two days and left her without them for maybe a week. Her ear started to stick out more, so I decided yo give these things another go.This time around I shaved some of the hair behind her ear. I also trimmed the little oval sticker about 1 mm around. I waited until she was completely asleep to put it on. It fit way better! And this time it didn't seem to pull the skin as much. It lasted about 5 days before it got dirty on the edges. Then it was very easy to remove with baby oil and a cotton swab. I let the skin rest for 24 hours and I put a new one on (second pic). So much easier this time.I think it's a matter of practice and adapting the little sticker to your own baby's needs. It's fine for us because it helps keep her ear from folding when she's lying on that side. And it doesn't cause any reactions to her skin. I feel like it should have at least a little benefit long term, since she's still young and the cartilage is still kind of soft (not as much as when she was a newborn, but oh well). I'll update in a few months.

Both sides to the uncertain consumer
I never write these but I read over lots of mixed reviews about this product and not upon using them myself I think I can shed light to potential buyers. A light that is hard to find between so many "love them" "hate them" reviews. First let me say I have had no problems with them at all. My daughter has plaguocephaly meaning she always slept with her head turned to one side and being a first time mom I didn't notice and issue until one of her ears started to stick out on the side she slept on from being folded. Like alot more... so i bought these despite bad reviews to at least try. I believe this is a great product intended to do what it says, i also believe it is not for every baby. I clean the area with an alcohol prep pad and let dry and it stays 7 days before I remove it. By the 7 days it is not hard to take off with a q tip and coconut oil. She doesn't seem to notice when it's on or when I remove it. However I was nervous the first time that shed hate it grab her ears and be uncomfortable as I'm sure some babies would. It depends on the baby. IF this had happened it's TRUE it would be very very hard to remove right after application and most likely make the baby upset. I think it's one if those things you have to take the risk and try if it's that important to you but i dont think that it has anything to do with a product flaw, it's just for some and not others. That being said it's been 3 weeks and i dont know how well they actually correct ears over time but I do feel better seeing her ears match again when she has one on.

It works.
This product isgreat! My daughters ears would fold while sleeping which I believe made her ears protrude. This product prevents that and corrects at the same time. It was a little tricky to put on the first few times. But now I have it down to a science. Here's some tips. First of all make sure your baby's ears are clean, dry and free of any lotion or oils as this may cause it to not stick. Then make sure your baby is in a deep sleep. Don't try this during a light nap. There are 2 flaps on each side. Fold a small piece off of the corner using tweezers. Then remove the two flaps from the other side and use the tweezers to carefully place them on the baby's head first. After it's on you can use the tweezers to remove the folded flaps then put your baby's ear onto it. Try to get this on the skin right the first time so you don't ruin the glue on it. If you do this like so it should last about 5-7 days. Hopefully this review can help some of you.
