I got the sample size and was surprised that it came in a lovely glass jar with a wooden top. I have very curly and dry porous hair from previous chemical dyes I have used on my hair. I was looking for a product that was strictly moisturizing as I already have plenty of protein products.First of all, the smell is amazing!!! It seems to be overwhelming when first opening the jar, however, on the hair it has a floral citrus smell remenent of Ylang Ylang & citrus. Since it is a small jar, I decided to try it as a leave in moisturizer and OH MY, my hair is so so soft and a little goes a long way when using it as a leave in. My ends are very soft and my hair isnt frizzy. This is the first product that has atually worked for my hair type!! Since it is incredible as a leave in I know it will also wonders as a hair mask. If you're skeptical, I would definitely try to sample size and try it as a leave in first, or use it as a mask on your ends to conserve the product. I finally have found my "holy grail" product. Over so many years of buying natural products I was yet to find something magical. This is it!!!

I was a little disappointed in the size of the jar, but I should have paid more attention when purchasing it. The smell isn't very pleasant but I could tell from the ingredients it was going to do my hair good, so the smell wasn't important. I rubbed it into my scalp before getting into the show and on the last 2 inches of my hair. I mainly purchased this for my dry scalp, however it worked great for both my scalp and hair. Normally I struggle to comb through my wet hair, but not this time! Comb glided through easily, my hair was shiny and soft and my scalp was not itchy!! Great product will purchase again!

I love natural products, so I was excited to find this conditioning product. My aging hair has become frizzy, so I use leave-in conditioners. I was very pleased with how this product worked on my hair. I do think it has something of a straightening effect (as mentioned by another reviewer), but I'm fine with that.The smell is interesting. Not bad. But not good. I'm not sure how to describe it. Definitely not a smell we usually associate with clean hair.But it's the price that really gives me pause. The container is tiny, and it goes for a price that will get you 8 or even 16 ounces of another good product. So while I'd love to use it every time I wash my hair, I just can't afford it!

This hair mask burned my skin near my hairline, and on the side of my cheek. I don’t understand how this could happen with natural oils as the ingredients, which I have used previously on their own without incident?The jar arrived unsealed, and could have been tampered with. I have emailed the company asking whether this mask is supposed to be sealed, and am awaiting a response. If I find out that it should have been sealed, I suspect tampering, and will be furious. It felt like acid was in this.Also, my hair felt like straw after rinsing the mask out, and my hair was so tangled, that I could barely get a comb or brush through it. Something is very wrong with the mask that I received. From now on, I will only purchase this DIRECT from the company! It’s not worth having my skin burned.I expect the seller to refund me in full, and I’m reporting this to Amazon.

I use this as a hair balm to calm my hair and leave it in overnight, but also put some on my ends as it advises to do on the jar. I love, love love the smell. Cannot get enough.

Did not help my dry scalp, makes hair stronger and thicker, but straightened fine hair. I’ve lost a lot of the body to my waves with this product. Smells nice

I use it as not only a mask, but also a conditioner and a leave-in conditioner as well. I adore this product. Smells of herbs and oils and does everything it claims to do. Love the whipped texture that melts into your hair as you coat your strands. It definitely softens immediately and I use it after my shower on my ends without any tangles afterward. I will buy this again and again. Only complaint is that I wish they came in a bigger container!!

This product was too light for my hair for how tiny the Product was.
