Anchor Hocking Montana Jars 64 oz. Mini Montana Jar w/Black Metal Cover

Beautiful product but metal lid came severely damaged. Had attempted to have the lid replaced as did not want to go through hassle of returning the entire product but seller has not yet responded after two weeks.

The jar is fine. A bit heavy. However, make note that it is for storing DRY GOODS ONLY. I bought it to store honey. Don't have any use for it with dry goods. I discovered this on a label stuck under the lid. I looked back over this Amazon product page and don't see any mention of the restriction. I left a lower seller feedback rating, rather than punish this nice jar for the seller's misleading product information.One reason I chose it for honey storage is that the lid is tight and comes down over the outside of the glass. No chance of the lid rim getting stuck inside, if I miss a drop of honey up at the neck of the jar.Note that the jar is much larger than 96 oz of liquid. Needless to day, 80 ounces of Cheerios vs honey take up entirely different volumes. Wish I'd known that, so I could have bought a smaller, lighter weight jar.

I’m using this to store my laundry oxi-clean powder and it’s perfect. The weight of the glass is perfect, the look is sleek, and the lid fits snug but is not difficult to remove. The 96oz jar holds about 2/3 of a box of the oxi clean from Costco. I also bought a 2oz clear Oxo scoop (for about $5) and it matches the sleekness of the jar and powder together. Would definitely purchase again!

Very good-looking jar! Looks stunning in my kitchen.The glass is pretty thick. I think if you accidentally drop it, it won’t break.The lid has a rubber gasket seal.Great for snacks and other food. Although my gf wants to steal it from me and use it as a pot for her plants...Fast shipping.

I bought a small one and filled the inside bottom with sand and placed shells on top for a nice accent to my desk.On the side tables in my basement where the desk is located I bought two large ones. Only in one I placed rope in the inside swirled it around the edges inside the jar, the second one I repeated what was on the desk. A great look I copied awhile ago from a store at Lands End! Love the jars, great quality, super rich look! Enjoy
