Buy it because it works better
This one works. You could spend less and get a cheap adapter, then replace it after a month or less when the trailer lights stop working. I did that several times. Then, I spent a little more and got this one. Like magic, the trailer lights all work again. So don’t waste your time and money on the cheaper ones.This one has a longish cord, so you might have to wind it around something a few times so your harness won’t drag.

Good product for the $$
As others have mentioned, Its not as long as I hoped for. I have to stretch half the cable to get it to connect. Overall, its not as heavy gage as what my boat trailer came with but it is half the price of replacing the original. The ground on the round end is a tight fit which is really great so I do not worry that it pops off with the stretched cord. I've used it to trailer a boat around with no issues. The rubber pealed off of the cable on my original so hoping this does not happen here.

It’s not as long as it says
No way it’s the listed length. Unless you stretched it beyond its limits. Maybe 18-24” useful length

Not what I expected.
Even though the length is the same as cable I’m replacing, the cable diameter and connectors not near as heavy duty. Will suffice though.
