TheHuining Reverse Osmosis Membrane 50GPD-1812/2012 RO Membrane Housing Kit arrived on time, in a very nice box. This kit is perfect for replacement or even upgrade to a double membrane system. It included: Membrane filter, (3) 1/4" fittings, (1) plastic housing wrench, (3) 1/4" water tubes, and a nice little fleece scarf as a gift from the seller. I have been purchasing HUINING RO filters a few times before, and I can say that I am happy with what I ordered. RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

I needed a white tube for my RO water system... this was the best buy I found and I even got the other color water pipes so if I need them later they will be here without having to hunt again. GREAT BUY AND FAST SERVICE.

I purchased to replace an old housing that was starting to leak. I was looking for the housing only which makes this a value for the price - it's well constructed and easy to install - exactly what I was looking for!Pros:Well constructedContains adapters and pipe tapeCons:Instructions are difficult to understand, specifically where output and waste connectors go. The instructions may be incorrect as they show the output towards the side and the waster towards the middle - the center (where the double ringed part of the membrane goes) is the output water and the one towards the wall of the canister is the waste.It doesn't have restrictors so using only the parts included you'll create a large amount of waste water. As I was replacing an old housing I used my previous 50 GPD flow restrictors. Buyers should be aware of this as it isn't exactly "plug and play".

Some hoses go to the drain some houses go to the filters some hoses go to the membrane some houses go to other parts of the shut-off valve so it's kind of nice to have different colors so you know exactly where you're going with them if they're all one color it's a little hard to remember which one goes where

I received the RO membrane kit about a week ago but installed it 2 days ago. The lines did leak at first because I did not cut the lines cleanly. After pulling the water lines, I used an Exacto knife to cut the jagged edges off. I reassembled everything and all the lines were leak free. Since I was retrofitting an existing system I did have a little bit of trouble identifying the waste water and pure water lines because I disconnected them before marking them. The previous installer did not have color-coded lines which made it difficult but not the fault of the seller. The water tastes great and the water flow is much better than the old membrane.

Good alternative to replace that system if it has stripped or leaking. It does not leak and quick connect is a plus when installing these items. quality of water is true and everything seems to filter correctly.
