Faded Lettering on the 5.56 NATO MAX Gauge.
The 5.56 NATO MAX gauge has faded lettering on it, while the 5.56 NATO MIN/223 REM GO gauge has clear lettering on it. Other than that it works as advertised.

This will save you... a Must Have!!
Awesome Products been looking to get a set of these Gauges for awhile now. I had built a few AR's and needed to do a headspace check and I have to say I'm glad I did because one of by BCG that I ordered for my PSA barrel did not close on the GO gauge but when I swap it to by Spikes barrel it fit and closed on the GO gauge. But here is the crazy thing I tried my brother DPMS BCG on the PSA barrel and it closed on the GO gauge which was odd to me. So needless to say I just gave my brother the PSA Barrel for spare parts and ordered another barrel. But comes to show that not all BCG are inner changeable when it comes to using different brands. So if anyone ever tell you that headspace isn't necessary need to be done then well hope that AR that you just built don't blow up in your face. Which I was glad I did the headspace check before firing the rifle. $60 is a lot cheaper then hospital bills and a new AR build. Hope this review will help someone to decide if it's worth buying the GO-NO go gauge. Also the BCG that I was referring to that didn't pass the GO gauge was a Fail-Zero BCG.

Quality headspace guages that are worth the investment.
These are well built, quality, headspace guages. I really like the green and red stripes indicating the "go" and "no go" guages respectively. It makes them very easy to tell apart. There are some out there who believe that if you buy quality parts from a reputable manufacturer that headspace guages aren't necessary. For me, it's cheap insurance. If you plan on buidling more than one AR, or purchasing a used one, having a set of these would be a wise investment.

I like the fact that the go and no go gauges ...
I like the fact that the go and no go gauges are marked with a green or red band. Sure makes it easier to use as I don't have to look for my reading glasses to find out which one is which.
