I believe that this product is a good quality paint, however because I did not know that I needed the waterproof clear paint after I used the paint, some parts of the paint came off the sofa.

I purchased the 100ml bottle to seal a pair of boots which I'd recoloured with the Scatch Doctor leather colour. Applied the sealant with a cheap, clean, unused kitchen sponge and my faded buckskin slouch boots have come up a treat. They're a bit more squeeky and shiny than they were when they had a matt finish, but still they look very nice and a pair of very comfy boots have been saved from going into a landfill. Hardly used any of the bottle, so a little goes a long way. Job done on a Sunday afternoon while listening to Johnnie Walker's Sounds of the Seventies.

I used this after using the all I one Leather paint. I gave a 3 seater sofa and an armchair 3 coats..can't believe the transformation. A very grotty looking sofa and chair now looks new. Didn't even use half a bottle.

The media could not be loaded.  The product had worked a treat on my car black car seats, after dye, people saying it peels etc, after 10 min, tried seeing if it peels after only 1 coat, nope, how thick we,r they applying it, still got to do 2 more coats, follow instructions, build up coats, ignore bad reviews, idiots that don't apply this product obviously

I coloured a pair of leather sneakerboots and sealed the colour on with this, after reading all the questions & answers and reviews, and being a name we all know l thought l would be making a safe choice with this brand. After wearing the sneakers twice the sealant started to lift the colour and leather seal up in sheets and it was fraying and lifting up from the shoe at the front and sides of the shoe near the sole. If l had decided to peel it instead of sticking it back down with glue l think l could have peeled the whole lot off and it would have lifted easily almost like a facemask peels off when its fone its job. Its also a nightmare to keep rubbing into the shoe to get rid of the sticky milky mess that this sealant is. I would not recommend this product for shoes.
