I've never used a commercial grade Wi-Fi extender before. This one is excellent quality. Very easy to install and setup. Simply hard wire into your existing network and position in Wi-Fi blackspot area and you're sorted....perfect wi-fi coverage! The PoE [Power over Ethernet] capability means as long as you have a PoE switch at the other end, there is no need for an additional power adaptor to plug into this device. Quality product well worth the money.

One of the standout features of this access point is its ability to facilitate smooth multi-AP roaming. I have multiple access points installed in my home, and I have not experienced any noticeable disruptions or drop-offs when moving between different areas. The transition is seamless, allowing me to enjoy uninterrupted connectivity on all my devices. In terms of speed, this access point has consistently delivered impressive results. Even when located approximately 10 meters away with some obstructions in the way, I have achieved speeds consistently exceeding 500Mbps, with a mere 5ms ping. This level of performance is particularly remarkable considering my gigabit fiber-backed network. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with the TP-Link AC1750 Wireless Access Point. It has proven to be a reliable and high-performing device, surpassing my expectations.
