This stuff is friggin magic. I wish I had taken a before pic but I honestly was expecting to be disappointed. I have stubborn perioral dermatitis that refuses to go away no matter what otc products I try (and I have tried them ALL). Zinc, sulfur, diaper rash cream, seb derm lotions, eczema products, gentle frag free cleansers + lotions…some would help for a few days but it always comes back even angrier and itchier than before.Ordered this as a Hail Mary not expecting much and I am stunned. Slathered this all over my face before bed, woke up and Itching, flaking and tiny surface bumps are gone after 1 application. There is still some redness and texture but it’s a solid 80% improvement and as a bonus it toned down redness on my cheeks from mild rosacea.I was prescribed Rx meds the same day this arrived but if I can avoid taking doxycycline and using the smelly, drying sulfacetamide they gave me, I will be keeping a stockpile of this. Will update if anything changes. If you have angry, rashy skin, give this a shot.

This ointment does help with the scaliness of my Rosacea just as several blogs said it would. I didn’t give 5 stars because it didn’t quite help with the redness.

Can not rave about this enough. It’s like a voodoo ointment. And rash, dry skin spots , eczema etc. this will fix in 24 hours or less even with nothing else works. I was amazed!

The only thing I have ever tried for my eyelid eczema that has made the sore dry patches completely go away. It also helps blemishes resolve quicker. Love this stuff!

I've tried several products for my eczema- this is among the best. It seems to actually prevent the scabbing, weeping, and sensitivity. Less itching as well.

Total waste of money. Did not work on my eczema. Plus it has petrolatum so not that best ingredients at all.

For someone who has suffered during Lockdown with bacterial infection and was unable to get proper treatment because of the pandemic it was down to me to treat myself - found the cream online and got it once it arrived I cleaned the area appropriately and applied within 3 days I saw improvements that for months had never happened - after months of painful infected and inflamed skin the areas are now pain free :);

This cream was brillant, it helped my under boob sweat red rash heal so much quicker than anything else I tryed...with the weather being so hot and me being of that age it was my best friend.

Just want to say this cream works wonders it really is one of the best buys I’ve made, I appeared to have a rash under my breast which became very itchy and sore when I searched what it could be the results confirmed intertrigo condition literally happened within a few days most caused by the irritation of my bra so happens and I went on line to look for a cream to help treat the problem and came across this, I literally applied it 3 times in a day and with no word of a lie it already faded the rash and started working a few days of use and it’s completely cleared the problem, would recommend with my eyes closed 100% effective

My 6 years old daughter’s burned fingers healed in 3 days with this cream. Thank you ever so much. Nothing worked, aloe, manuka honey, nothing, for a week. Until we got this cream and it changed everything. Highly recommended for burns. It worked for baby nappy rash too. But the nappy rash was not a serious or allergic one so can’t detail much on benefits for this.
