Excellent Product
Does a great job of siphoning fuel. It definitely can pump 60 gallons in an hour - each time I’ve used it the rate was a gallon per minute. Having everything integrated into the case makes it handy to storage and transporting. Definitely recommend the FlowJoe - GasTapper R-Max Fuel Transfer Pump kit.

A super great product for making life on the farm easier.
I have been fueling my tractor using 5 gallon cans and a transfer pump that has a short pipe that goes into the can and a very short hose that goes into the tractor. The cans have to be lifted up onto the hood of the tractor which is getting almost impossible for this very senior citizen to do. In searching for a solution, I found this wonderful pump that has hoses long enough and is powerful enough to leave the cans on the ground. And it has a very nice sturdy case for storage. To make the process even better, I purchased two 15-gallon cans, repurposed the pallet-forks safety cage to a fueling station, and the tractor can load and unload its own fuel.

Used twice. No longer works.
I’ve used this product twice. The first time was to siphon gas from my boat as I replaced the fuel cell. It worked well but was very slow. The second time was during hurricane Helene again siphoning fuel from my boat to run my generator and the device quit working. The pump will click, but will not spin and it does not Draw fuel. For the price of this device I am very disappointed. Save your money and buy an oil extraction pump and the appropriate fittings. It will draw a vacuum and mine is an 8 L so it siphons out over 2 gallons with a simple hand pump.

I was able to siphon from both my vehicles with some effort.
Reviewing FlowJoe GasTapper R-Max:I wanted to transfer gas between my vehicles to take advantage of $/Gal fuel discounts on fill up once per month. Also thought it would be good for generator with long power outages.I spent a lot of time looking and reading and thought I would take a chance on this even though neither of my vehicles were listed in the tested vehicles at the FlowJoe web site. However, I thought their information looked sound. I ended up buying the one with twice the flow because that pumped at 1 gal/minute, while the cheaper one was 0.5 gal/minute. Also I liked that the case was bigger with this one (some reviews mentioned how hard it was to repack the smaller one). I was hesitant because the remote was required. But I figured if that went bad I could bypass it. I am happy they included a little quick release hasp to hold the remote on the power wire when not in use (great addition).I have 2007 Hyundai Entourage and 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe.I put a bore scope down both and all I see at the opening to tank is a black disk that would not budge for the camera. Guess that is one of the ball valve things. So I used the large tube first and it takes almost the whole tube to get to the valve! (worse on Santa Fe) Than I stick the thinnest tube down. I had to work it a lot but got past the valve in both vehicles. However it was much harder with the Santa Fe. I had to twist and poke with both tubes. I used grease also. I was able to get the thin tube wet with gas in the Entourage, but did not hear bubbles when blowing. For the Santa Fe that thin tube was not long enough to hit gas with 1/2 tank. I switched to the middle diameter tube which is about a foot or so longer. It was harder to poke through, but it was long enough to hit gas. Could not hear bubbles, but it came out wet with gas (had to go to end of length of both tubes!!). With the thicker tube in Entourage, I could actually hear bubbles when I blew. I was able to pump gas back and forth when I finally tried with the pump. I also think it might be getting a little easier to pop through the valve as I am likely stretching the spring.Note that the pump took about 15-30 seconds to actually draw the vacuum and start pulling up the gas. Just give it time. There is a green card on outside of case making it clear when you open this up to make sure you test with the tubes to reach your gas tank, because they say you can not return the unit once gas gets in the pump lines. My suggestion for this price, maybe they should supply another foot or two of tubing and some grease with the kit. Also I would suggest using gloves with a good rubber grip as you really have to forcefully handle the tubes with my vehicles at least. The pump sound was not too loud and it sounded like good quality. I will update the review as I use this more if anything should change.

Fast & quiet!!
This pump worked like a dream. All hoses were plenty long enough along with the electrical power cable. The pump runs very smooth and with very little noise. It moved 25 gallons out of a diesel fuel tank I was replacing into another truck quickly and quietly. Built nice and case holds all items. This pump was a dream to use.
